What drivers ask us most after an accident.
Do I have to use the body shop my insurance company picks?
No. In California you choose the shop, and insurers can't require you to use a particular one (California Insurance Code 758.5). Concept Autobody works with every insurance company.
Do I need three estimates?
No. Nothing requires more than one estimate. Bring the car to either shop or text us photos, and we work the claim with your insurer.
What warranty do you give?
A lifetime warranty on our repairs and paint for as long as you own the vehicle.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts. Light bumper and panel work often takes a few days; bigger hits take longer. You get a target date at drop-off and can follow progress on your status link.
Can I see how my repair is going?
Yes. Every customer gets a private link to check their repair status online, and our office calls when parts or plans change.
Can you tow my car?
Yes. Call us and we'll set up a tow to whichever shop is closer.
Do you work on RVs, semi-trucks and trailers?
Yes. We do body and paint work on motorhomes, semi-trucks, trailers and fleet vehicles as well as cars and pickups.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing options for repairs. Call us or ask at either shop for current terms.
