Your rights after an accident
You choose the shop, not your insurer
Insurers often steer drivers to a "preferred" shop. In California, the choice is yours.
- You can take your car to any shop you choose.
- You don't need three estimates. One is enough.
- If we find more damage once the car is apart, we send your insurer a supplement. You don't have to settle for the first appraisal.
- We work with every insurance company and handle the paperwork.
